The City of Cockburn provides a free Justice of the Peace (JP) service at Spearwood Library every Monday from 10am to 12.30pm.
JPs are appointed by the Governor of Western Australia and carry out a wide range of official administrative and judicial duties in the community. Their administrative tasks include witnessing affidavits and documents such as wills and statutory declarations.
