Disposition of Property 
Section 3.58 of Local Government Act 1995

The City of Cockburn is considering disposing of property by way of Lease for a 220m2 portion of property situated at 25 Wentworth Parade, Success between Menna and Sons WA Pty Ltd and the City of Cockburn for a rent consideration of $60,000 per annum plus GST and outgoings. Term of the Lease will be five (5) years with a five (5) year further term.

 Anyone wishing to make a submission on the proposal should do so within 15 days of the date of this publication.
