Champion Clubs Management Guide

Champion Clubs is a Club Development initiative created by the City of Cockburn and supported by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC). 

The program is designed to empower clubs to become self-sustainable entities; aiming to create healthy, welcoming, and inclusive sporting environments to increase participation and community belonging.

Successful clubs are proactive, organised, and communicate regularly. They have structured simple and clear policies and procedures to cover all operational activities and expectations of members.
