About Asset Management

The City of Cockburn currently manages over $1.3 billion of infrastructure assets in a cost-effective manner to deliver services to the City's residential and business communities. Asset management covers roads, footpaths, buildings, drainage, buildings, parks and environment also fleet and plant.

Asset Management Plans

The City’s 2017-2018 to 2019–2020 Asset Management Plans (AMPs) enable the sustainable and cost-effective administration of key City infrastructure, whilst supporting the corporate planning framework as key strategic informing strategies that assists the City in its yearly budgeting process and supports the management of long term asset renewal planning and funding requirements.
