Application for a Stallholders or Street Traders license

All fields are required except where indicated

EG: size, colour
Where there is more than one vehicle, details for all vehicles must be provided.
Where food is sold, approval under the Food Act 2008 is also required

For the sale of food the following additional information is required. (food includes ice-creams, drinks, confectionary, fruit and vegetables)

Declaration:
  • This form is accompanied by a Certificate of Currency of Public Liability Insurance to the value of $10,000,000 and Products Liability to the value of $10,000,000 for the license period;
  • Where the license holder employs another person, a Certificate of Currency for Workers Compensation Insurance;
  • In the case of a renewal, there have been no changes made to the stall/vehicle since the last assessment by the City
