The City has various sites for registered food vehicles to trade from. Only one registered food vehicle is approved to trade from each site. Approvals given provide exclusive use of the site except when any large community events occur.
Approvals are valid from 1 July to 30 June of the following year and do not get automatically renewed. Trading times are between 6am to 7pm.

Registered food vehicles must meet the below requirements to be considered for a site
Offer for sale hot and cold drinks including coffee and snacks
Offer the option of healthy snacks and fruit
Be completely self-contained for power, water and waste water
Be registered as a food vehicle with your Local Government Authority.
There are no sites currently available, please email [email protected] if you wish to be added to a mailing list. Stallholder Application Form Expressions of Interest for available food vendor sites are anticipated to open in early 2027. Opportunities are generally advertised to the open market every two years.
