Pursuant to section 56 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (WA) and associated regulations, the City of Cockburn is seeking to dedicate as road a portion of Beeliar Drive currently held in freehold by the City, being Lot 811 on Deposited Plan 61924.

The City invites the public to comment on the proposed road dedication by 5pm Monday 9 February 2026.
