2026 Public Council and Committee Meetings Schedule

The City wishes to advise the public of its set Council and Committee meetings for the 2026 calendar year.

Ordinary Council Meetings (OCM) are held on the second Tuesday of each month.

The Annual Electors’ Meeting (AEM) is held in late January or early February each year.

Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee Meetings are held when scheduled by Council (see below).

Governance Committee Meetings are held when scheduled by Council (see below).

Meetings are held in the City’s Administration Building, 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood. Doors open 15 minutes prior to commencement of meetings.
