The City of Cockburn intends to accept an offer to purchase 17 Imlah Court, Jandakot from Landspring Projects Pty Ltd acting as trustee for Landspring Developments Trust for a consideration of $1,645,000.

A recent market valuation by a licensed valuer for the property was $975,000. Anyone wishing to make a submission on the proposal should do so within 15 days of the date of this publication.
