Please Note: If possible please compile multiple receipts into one file and upload.

Please Note: Processing time for rebates is up to 8 weeks. Only a residential property owner may receive this rebate. If bank details are not provided the form will be returned to you, delaying payment of the contribution.

Receipts and Verge Images must be uploaded for your application to be assessed.
