Council and staff meet regularly to discuss Council business. Meetings include Ordinary Council, Special Council, the Annual General Meeting of Electors, the Audit and Strategic Finance Committee and the Delegated Authorities, Policies and Positions Statements Committee.

Special Council Meetings

Special Council Meetings are held on an as-needs basis throughout the year, in response to issues as they arise.

A Special Council Meeting to be held on Thursday 20 June 2018 at 6pm in Council Chambers to Adopt the 2019 - 2020 Municipal Budget and Annual Business Plan.
 

Delegated Authorities, Policies and Position Statements Committee

The Delegated Authorities, Policies and Position Statements Committee meets on the fourth Thursday of February, May, August and November commencing at 6pm. This is not a public meeting.  Please go to Council and Committees for information on the DAPPS Committee. 

Agendas and Minutes

Agendas and minutes are available for the public to view prior to meetings from the administration building or the Coolbellup, Spearwood and Success Libraries. They are also available to view and download on the View All Agendas and Minutes page.
