By submitting this nomination, you acknowledge and confirm that the nominated student(s) and their parent/guardian have been informed and provided consent for photography and videography at the Harmony Week School Recognition Event.
 
The City of Cockburn may use photos and videos taken at the event for:

• Promotional materials (print and digital)
• Social media posts and website content
• News articles and community updates

These images and videos will be used solely to celebrate and promote the event, recognising the contributions of young leaders in fostering inclusivity and harmony in their schools.
 
If a student or anyone accompanying them cannot be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance at [email protected], and we will ensure appropriate arrangements are made.
