The Just Kids Health program was developed to help children and teens who are above a healthy weight. The goal of this program is to help children, teens and their families to make lasting changes to support them in reaching their optimal weight and lifestyle. The program is led by Children's Nurse Practitioners from NursePrac Australia, who have many years of experience working in children's health. The Just Kids Health program includes:
Detailed health assessment by a Nurse Practitioner (Face to face and telehealth appointments available)
Treatment plan personalised for the child/teen and family
Psychological support
Health and wellness education
Follow-up clinic visits to help keep on track
Ongoing support.
