Health Check

Group programs closed

In the interest of public health during the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the City has closed its group health programs until further notice. Affected programs include: HEAL, Food Sensations, Man V Fat, Diabetes WA Education Sessions and Walking Groups. The programs will be re-opened when we are fully comfortable that they are safe for users.

Come and join us at our major City events for a free Health check, we will provide you with support and advice on staying healthy.

Stop at the Healthy Cockburn stall for a:
  • Diabetes risk assessment
  • Body measurements (eg weight, height, waist)
  • Tailored advice on healthy lifestyle programs and workshops.
You will also have a chance to spin the ‘Wheel of Healthy Fortune’ to win a prize.

Hopefully we will see you at Australia Day, Seniors Expo, Spring Fair, Harmony Day and Coogee Live.
