Please note:  Only one Deputation supporting the recommendation and one Deputation opposing the recommendation will be accepted.
(Total maximum of two presentations per item). 
In the circumstance where more than one Deputation Request is received for or against a recommendation, they will be required to be combined into one Deputation.
