Hamilton Hill has recorded the third largest change in the annual price of units, experiencing growth of 42.6 per cent at a median price of $617,500.


WA has recorded its first measles case of 2026, with the infection confirmed in a returned traveller from Bali.WA Health issued an alert on Thursday after the highly infectious disease was diagnosed, listing five public exposure sites across Perth, including Woolworths Coolbellup.
Anyone who visited exposure sites has been advised to monitor for symptoms for up to 18 days following exposure.

Community connection will be on display at the City of Cockburn’s eternally popular annual Australia Day Coogee Beach Festival 8am-midday on Monday 26 January.

Early works have officially begun in Jandakot on the long-awaited $120 million Perth Surf Park, which will be one of the largest wave pools in the southern hemisphere.

Surf park developer Aventuur has now moved onto the site near Armadale Road and the Kwinana Freeway, and begun preparatory works on the project that has been touted for years.

The F18 National & World Championships are about to be launched at Jervoise Bay Sailing Club, just south of Fremantle in the City of Cockburn, over the Australia Day long weekend.
