About the event

Immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness.

This one hour workshop will help you discover ways to incorporate it into your daily life and give you a sense of empowerment to create the life you dream of.

Meditation can help you with your physical and mental health, join our fabulous instructor and be guided into relaxation.

Seniors focus class but anyone over 18 years old welcome to attend.

Class commence 16 Feburary and will be available until the end of June 2021.
