Lost pets and animals

Lost pets can arrive at the animal pound. If you have lost your dog or cat, our rangers will take a description of your lost pet and try and to match it to the animals currently impounded.

If you see a snake, move slowly away and call the Wildcare Hotline on 08 9474 9055.

The the Wildcare Hotline is a 24/7 volunteer service which will provide you with advice on how to respond. If necessary, they will put you in contact with a volunteer reptile remover or a licensed pest controller.
