Section 3.58 of Local Government Act 1995

The City of Cockburn is considering disposing of property by way of Lease for an area of 151.10m2 portion of property situated at 11 Wentworth Parade, Success, Suites 11 and 12, between South Metropolitan Health Service and the City of Cockburn for a rent consideration of $64,220 per annum plus GST and outgoings.

Terms of the Lease will be a term of four (4) years with a three (3) years First Option Period and a three (3) years Second Option Period. Anyone wishing to make a submission on the proposal should do so within 15 days of the date of this publication.
