The City of Cockburn’s 2025 Service Satisfaction Survey is now live until 11.59am, 7 September 2025. Please keep an eye on your email inbox or social media as you may receive an invitation to participate.

This survey, conducted in partnership with Place Score - a place-based social research company - invites selected community members to rate Council services. 

This randomised approach ensures results are demographically representative rather than a fully public survey.

If you receive an invitation, please complete the survey to help us understand how we are performing and guide future planning to better meet community needs.
