Register of Minor Breaches

Prior to 1 January 2026, section 5.121 of the the Local Government Act 1995 required the City to publish on its website a register of complaints that resulted in a finding under section 5.110(6)(b) that a minor breach (conduct breach) had occurred. The register can be found below.

Record of information about conduct

From 1 January 2026, section 5.96C of the Local Government Act 1995 requires the City to publish on its website a record of information about conduct. This records includes information about any substantiated behavioural breaches, conduct breaches, specified breaches, certain orders under Part 8A of the Local Government Act 1995 as well as other prescribed information.
