The City’s Sports Hall of Fame celebrates outstanding achievements of local Cockburn athletes and sports administrators, past and present, along with the junior clubs that helped to develop their talents.

Ensure all fields are completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Nominations close at 4pm on Friday 15 December 2023. All submissions must be received by the City before this time.
