The Port Coogee Marina is situated in the Port Coogee development abutting beautiful Cockburn Sound and Owen Anchorage, just 5.5 km south of Fremantle and immediately north of Coogee Beach in the City of Cockburn, Perth.

Licence Fees 

Fees and charges are effective from 1 September 2023. Water usage and sullage disposal are included in permanent licence fees, however these exclude electricity which is invoiced separately bi-annually based on consumption. Short term stay fees include electricity and water consumption.

  • All fees must be paid upfront, prior to the commencement of the licence

Important Information 

  • Pen licences are subject to the terms and conditions of the Licence, Marina Rules and Regulations, and City of Cockburn Waterways Local Law.
  • Depths of at least 2.5 m + tide are available throughout most pens, and many are deeper. Marina Management will be able to help you determine if your vessel’s draft will be suitable for the desired pen.
  • The overall length of the vessel (including bowsprits, marlin boards, outboards, etc) must be no longer than the stated length of the pen.
  • Penholders may stay overnight on their vessel up to a maximum 20 nights per year – refer to Licence terms and conditions for further information.
  • A current certificate of electrical compliance is required to connect to shore power.
