** Applicant to Note - Bulk Earthworks Moratorium Policy **
Under the City of Cockburn Policy - “Dust Management for Development Sites”, bulk earthworks are  prohibited on Class 3 or 4 development sites between 1 OCTOBER and 31 MARCH each year.
The effect of this policy is that approvals for bulk earthworks, such as clearing vegetation and/ or cut & fill, during this period are limited to works proposed for non-exposed, small sites which are less than 2ha in area and are a minimum of 500m from sensitive land uses.

  • a scaled site plan
  • a site works schedule
  • a copy of the written notice of works with contact details distributed to affected resident

 

 

  • Have attached a Dust Management Plan which includes a scaled site plan, a site works schedule and a copy of the written notice of works with contact details to be distributed to affected residents; and
  • Will make payment of application fees.  NB. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of this application of $190.00. (2023-24 financial year)
