Cat Sterilisation Subsidy Form

To be eligible for the subsidy, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Your cat must be sterilised, microchipped and registered if over six months old
  • Be a resident of the City of Cockburn
  • Have paid the full cost of the sterilisation
  • Your cat must have been sterilised less than 12 months before your application for a subsidy.
 This form must be completed within 12 months of sterilisation to claim the subsidy.

Please note that applications may take up to eight weeks to process
Required form 'CatSterilisationSubsidyApplication' does not exist.
