Missed bin collections

If your bin has not been collected please contact us. Alternatively, you can lodge a service request, which enables you to track the progress of your request.

Bin repair and replacement 

If your bin has been damaged, lost or stolen, please lodge a service request to have it repaired/ replaced. 

Public holiday collections

For most public holidays, we collect your waste and recycle bins on the scheduled day. Over the Christmas season, your bins will NOT be collected on Christmas Day or New Years Day. Wednesday to Friday collections during these two weeks will take place one day later than your normal collection day.
