Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre

The Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre (CVRC) is a place where volunteers and volunteer agencies can connect. The CVRC provides information and support for individuals and community organisations. The CVRC is located at the Cockburn Seniors Centre.

The Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre (CVRC) works as a hub for local volunteers and volunteer agencies and provides a link between people in the community.

The Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre can help you:

  • Register on the City's confidential volunteer database
  • Develop a profile to custom match to suitable volunteer opportunities
  • Access resources, training and information on volunteering.

Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre opening hours

The Volunteer Resource Centre is located at the Seniors Centre unless noted otherwise.

  • Monday 9am-7pm
  • Tuesday 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday 9am-5pm
  • Thursday 10am-12pm at Success library; 1pm-5pm at Cockburn Seniors Centre
  • Late night hours (by appointment only) Mondays 5pm-7pm.

Drop-in/resources space hours

Volunteers and organisations can drop in freely without an appointment at the following times and days:

  • Monday 3pm-5pm
  • Tuesday 3pm-5pm.

Please note that all other times require an appointment.
