If your details have changed, you must let the City know so we can keep our records up to date for rates notices and other correspondence.

Important notes:
  • Selling or disposing of a property: The owner/agent must notify the City in writing within 21 days. This notice must include the purchaser’s full details.
  • Changing your name: Before you complete this form, you must first update your Certificate of Title with Landgate.
  • Deceased estates: If you are advising the City of a deceased estate, please attach a copy of the Death Certificate when you submit the form.
