About the event
The City of Cockburn has partnered with Business Station to deliver the Thrive Program to local businesses. To participate, businesses must apply, meet the eligibility criteria, and be accepted into the subsidised program. A participation fee applies. Through the Thrive Program, participants gain access to proven resources, expert coaching, and valuable networking opportunities designed to accelerate business growth and success. This program is Valued at over $2,400, eligible businesses can access this high-impact coaching program for just $149+GST.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the subsidy, applicants must:
- Own a small business with fewer than 20 employees
- Be based in the City of Cockburn (LGA)
- Be committed to completing the full program
- Be eager to engage in coaching, group sessions, and accountability support.
What's Included
Small Group Coaching & Accountability
Structured check-ins between workshops to maintain momentum and support implementation.
Business Health Check (Pre-Work)
Completed prior to Workshop 1 to identify focus areas.
Action Plan & Practical Tools
Participants leave with a clear plan, plus templates and resources to keep using.
Peer Connection & Local Network
Small group format designed to encourage shared learning and ongoing connections.

Business Health Check, goal setting, SWOT, and identifying key priorities.

Cash flow, pricing, cost pressures, and practical ways to improve profitability.

Messaging, brand positioning, marketing channels, and simple use of AI tools.
