Business grants - applications close 21 June

The City’s Business Grants program is now open, offering up to $100,000 in funding across professional training and development, digital technology and cybersecurity, and innovation and major projects categories. 

The City is dedicated to empowering micro, small and medium-sized businesses.

To be eligible for a grant, businesses must be: 

  1. Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN)
  2. Be a micro, small, or medium business (1 to 199 employees) 
  3. Based in Cockburn, or demonstrate a primary service to the Cockburn community 
  4. Hold all relevant licences and insurances.
  5. Be subscribed to the City's Business e-news 

Applicants that will be using suppliers based in Cockburn will be considered favourably. 

Applications for 2026 are now open and will close Sunday 21 June 2026.
