Proposed amendment to the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025

In accordance with Section 3.12(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Cockburn wishes to give notice that it intends to make an amendment to the City of Cockburn Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025.

The purpose of the proposed Amendment Local Law is to amend the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law by replacing subclauses (1) and (2) of clause 3.5. The effect of the proposed Amendment Local Law is that the principal Bush Fire Brigades Local Law is amended.

A copy of the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law can be viewed and/or downloaded from the Comment on Cockburn website. Hard copies are also available for viewing at the City of Cockburn Administration Centre and at all City of Cockburn libraries during opening hours.
