Proposed Land Exchange - Portion Lot 1001 Tindal Avenue, Yangebup and Lot 9001 Yardie Crescent, Yangebup

Notice is hereby given of the City’s intention to enter into a land exchange arrangement between the City of Cockburn and Maria Carcione for equal portions of property situated at 58 Tindal Avenue,Yangebup and Lot 9001 Yardie Crescent, Yangebup owned by theparties respectively. The proposed equivalent area of the land exchange is 1,315m2 to each party and is to be exchanged for nil consideration.

Both areas of 1,315m2 has been valued by a Certified Practising Valuer which returned an equal value of $460,250 for each area of 1,315m2 resulting in the exchange at nil consideration.
