About the event

Toner Tuesday is an indoor mat‑Pilates program designed to help participants build strength, improve posture, and develop greater body awareness through controlled, intentional movement. Held each Tuesday, the program offers a calm, structured environment where individuals of all fitness levels can focus on strengthening their core, enhancing mobility, and cultivating balanced, functional movement patterns.
The program centres on mat‑based Pilates exercises that emphasise alignment, breath control, stability, and mindful movement. By working indoors, Toner Tuesday provides a consistent, comfortable setting free from weather disruptions, helping participants maintain regular practice and build long‑term strength.

Why choose Toner Tuesday?
  • Improve core strength, posture, and functional stability through controlled, evidence‑based mat‑Pilates exercises delivered by a qualified instructor.

  • Enhance body awareness, mobility, and movement quality by focusing on alignment, breath, and mindful technique in a supportive indoor environment.

  • Promote mid‑week wellbeing and stress reduction by offering a calm, structured session that helps participants reset, refocus, and build long‑term healthy movement habits
