Come along and be part of a friendly group for women from all backgrounds and of all ages.

Enjoy a term of activities focused on:

• Friendship and connection
• Learning and creativity
• Self-care and wellbeing
• Culture and community

Term 3 sessions include:

• Upcycled jewellery workshop
• Building Healthy Families Workshop (2 weeks)
• Heartbeat Club (Baby & Toddler First Aid on the 6th of August. Please register for this workshop)
• Planter painting
• Self compassion workshop
• Arrange a bouquet
