About the event

ARCability provides an opportunity for people living with a disability to participate in a small group gym session.

This new program is for people who either already attend the gym or would like to, and they would like to meet and train with other people in a social environment, working towards their own goals. Everyone will have an individualised program, and the sessions will be facilitated by an ARC Fitness Coach.

You can attend independently or with a support worker. The program will have a maximum of 6 participants.

The program will run for 8 weeks and during this time you will join as a member, and can also use your membership outside of scheduled training times.

At the end of the 8 weeks you can choose whether you would like to continue your membership.

Places are limited.
