About the event

The Business Station Thrive Program provides small businesses with access to advisory and coaching workshops to help grow their business. It is about mastering business performance through knowledge, skill and discipline. You will build a personal toolkit designed to help you as your business grows.

How The Program Works

  • Attend a 3-hour workshop each month for three months with a small group of up to 12 business owners. You’ll build a foundational understanding of your business before developing a financial plan, and growth and marketing strategies.

  • Take part in catch-ups with your group for the following three months to discuss what you’ve implemented and achieved.

  • Receive a one-off 1-hour consultation with an advisor to talk about your business.

Thrive Program Includes

  • Business health check

  • 3 x 3 hour workshops

  • Fortnightly accountability check-ins

  • Follow-up mentor support sessions

  • 90-day action plan

  • 90-day review strategy plan
