About the event
Running season is in full swing and ARC Run Club is here to take the slog out of the jog.
This time, they’re gearing up for the HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday 24 May. Join the club, and not only will you run with a bunch of legends, but you’ll get a personalised 8-week training program designed to whip you into shape - and maybe even help you hit a PB!
The 8 week program includes:
- Initial health assessment & body scan
- 2 x coached outdoor training sessions per week
- Fitness tests before and after the program
- Strength training program (self-managed)
- ARC Run Club training shirt
- Polar OH1+ Optical heart rate monitor
- Weekly updates to keep you motivated and on track.
Outdoor running sessions
Train twice a week for 8 weeks, with our Fitness Coaches leading every session.
- Mon & Wed, 6–7pm | Anning Park
- Tue & Thu, 6–7am | Legacy Oval, ARC (meet in the amphitheatre)
All running levels are welcome. Whether you're a complete newbie trying to improve your fitness or a Strava enthusiast with a goal time to beat.
It all kicks off on Monday 30 March. Get in quick, spots are limited!
