The City has received formal notice of the State Government’s decision to provide conditional approval for the scheme amendment.
Starting 15 May, a 2.6km water pipeline will be constructed underneath Beeliar Drive and Armadale Road, and along Solomon Road in Treeby.
The emerging development area of Cockburn Central North is situated within the City’s largest activity centre and is located to the north of the City’s new Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Centre (Cockburn ARC). The precinct has strong connections to local services and regional transport routes - bound by North Lake Road, Verna Court, Semple Court and is adjacent to the Kwinana Freeway.
