Please have ready the following documents for your submission
  • A completed application form.  Found on Request Copies of Building Plans page
  • Photo ID   - Your Photo ID name should match the name on the application form. If not - you will also need to submit documents showing details of name change.  IE: marriage certificate, divorce degree or birth certificate etc.
  • Any other supporting documents for your application.  IE: Any separate letter of authority by the owner - Power of Attorney Documents.  Probate Documents - If the property is a deceased estate.
