Port Coogee Marina, located within the picturesque Port Coogee development, sits on the shores of Cockburn Sound and Owen Anchorage. It is just 5.5 km south of Fremantle and immediately north of Coogee Beach in the City of Cockburn, Perth, offering an exceptional marina experience.

Licence fees

Our fees and charges include water usage and sullage disposal for permanent licence holders, while electricity is billed separately every six months based on usage. Short Stay fees cover both electricity and water consumption.

  • All listed fees include GST, where applicable
  • Fees must be paid in full, upfront, before the licence period begins
  • Monthly direct debit payment options are available.

Terms and conditions
  • Pen licences are subject to the terms and conditions of the Licence, Marina Rules and Regulations, and City of Cockburn Waterways Local Law (see below).
  • Depths of at least 2.5m + tide are available throughout most pens, and many are deeper. Marina Management will be able to help you determine if your vessel’s draft will be suitable for the desired pen.
  • The overall length of the vessel (including bowsprits, marlin boards, outboards etc.) must be no longer than the stated length of the pen.
  • Pen Holders are permitted to stay overnight on their vessel for up to 20 nights per year, subject to the licence terms and conditions.
  • Gas Compliance Certificate is required for those vessels with gas onboard (5 year validity).
