Proposed Easement for Sewer Purpose – 11 Quarimor Road, Bibra Lake

Notice is hereby given of the City’s intention to allow an easement for sewer purposes in favour of the Water Corporation to enable a sewer connection to property situated at 17 Wellard Street, Bibra Lake. The sewer and associated easement will traverse City owned property situated at 11 Quarimor Road, Bibra Lake and  described as Lot 62 on DP414233.

be provided on request. 

Persons who wish to comment on the proposal may do so by forwarding written submissions to the City of Cockburn, PO Box 1215, Bibra Lake DC, 6965 no later than 5pm Friday 21 November 2025.
