During restricted burning time, property owners and occupiers of land zone rural are permitted to conduct burning activities on their properties but must have a City of Cockburn issued permit to burn before starting. 
 
*No burning is permitted on days the Fire Danger Rating is as High, Extreme or Catastrophic or there is a Total Fire Ban declared.
