South Coogee Agricultural Hall

The City of Cockburn is inviting proposals from interested parties to enter into a lease for the use of the property
and land. The facility is located on 9,105m2 of freehold land with formal parking (approximately 48 cars including
ACROD access bays). The building itself has a combined area of 196m2, currently classed a 9B public building with a maximum occupancy of 120 people.

Any proposals are to be submitted in writing to the City’s representative, Burgess Rawson, PO Box 7658, Cloisters
Square, WA 6850 or emailed to [email protected] by Friday 27 February 2026.
