Request for proposal - Coogee Beach Cafe

The City of Cockburn is inviting proposals from interested parties to enter into a lease for the development and
operation of a kiosk at Coogee Beach. The property is situated at 4 Powell Road, Coogee and described as
Coogee Beach Reserve.

Any proposals are to be submitted in writing to the City’s representative, Burgess Rawson, PO Box 7658, Cloisters
Square, WA 6850 or emailed to [email protected] by Friday 27 February 2026.
