Cockburn Youth Centre offers a range of engaging after-school term programs for young people aged 10–17 years.

If playing role-playing games, working on drama productions, music, basketball or connecting with peers is your thing, we have you covered. We even have programs that help you create a resume and identify relevant jobs with our Employ Me program. Need your Learners driving permit? We have it covered with Keys for Life.

Monday Krafternoons with Kirstin
Come and join Kirstin for a krafternoon of making things! Each week will be something different, so check our social media for updates and free your imagination.

Monday Hoops at the Youth Centre 
Want to learn the basics, take your game to the next level or just have some fun? Join our weekly basketballs clinics for all skill levels.
4.30-6.30pm FREE
Monday Dart training
Junior darts training starts back up. Beginners are always welcome!

Monday 3D Creations
Join Aidan for an introduction to 3D creations on Blender. Where he will show you the basics of rendering, modelling and animation to bring your ideas to life!

Tuesday Dungeons and Dragons
Join a game of imagination and wonder! We have an assortment of amazing games for those with an adventurous spirit, including Pathfinder and Dungeons and Dragons.

Wednesday Youth Advisory Collective
Youth Advisory Collective (YAC) is a volunteer group for young people who want to grow and develop themselves and are keen to make a difference in their communities. YAC meets fortnightly. Find more about YAC and apply online.

RPG - Pathfinder

Thursday Employ Me
Need some help creating cover letters and resumes, searching and applying for jobs, and mapping your career pathway to land that dream job? Half hour sessions with Hugo available in person, online or over the phone. Register

Thursday Private Music Lessons opens in a new window

Thursday  Youth Diversity Inc. opens in a new window
Join our social support group for young people aged 15–24 who are part of the LGBTIQA+ community or are questioning their gender or sexuality. Allies are welcome!

Balance and stacking reach new heights in this program on strength, balance and having fun.

Thursday Herb your Enthusiasm
Join us for all things gardening! Come and get involved with planting, feeding, pruning, harvesting, garden craft and more.
Open for first timers and garden wizards alike. When it comes to gardening we are kind of a big dill and we the we don’t moss around!

New to drama? The drama incubator is the perfect stepping stone for you, allowing you to explore your creative and theatrical side.
