Andrew, Accredited Meditation and Sound Therapist, will explain the many benefits of Sound Healing and how it can reduce stress and help you let go of emotional or physical pain.
 
You’ll also experience a relaxing Sound Healing session to the sounds of Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, Ocean Drum and Chimes.
 
Please bring your own yoga mat and pillow if you wish to lie on the floor.
