About the event

Act Now! Youth Climate Day is a full-day of climate action, creativity, and connection for young people aged 13–25.

Morning – AYCC Climate Justice & Conversations Workshop

Ready to step up and be part of the solution to climate change in your own backyard? Join the Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC) for an interactive morning workshop on climate justice, community conversations, and climate advocacy.

You’ll explore practical solutions for addressing climate change, and learn about AYCC’s work building youth power for climate justice. Through hands-on activities, you’ll gain practical tools and strategies to tackle the climate crisis, learn how to share your personal story to inspire others, engage constructively with sceptics, and have values-based conversations that create change.

You’ll leave with expert insights, practical skills, and the confidence to make a real impact in your community. This is your chance to connect, learn, and take meaningful steps towards a safer climate future
