Sponsored programs and specialist training

Each year the City sponsors programs and training initiatives to support business growth. These vary from small business programs with a marketing focus, such as Amplify, to programs that have a strategic focus like Thrive and Curtin Ignition.

We also recognise the need for support in specific industries such as the Blue Economy, Tourism and the Defence supply chain. Programs such as the Defence Ready workshop series and our sponsorship of the Blue Gravity program help support innovators and entrepreneurs to hone their skills and thrive in these niches.
