Coolbellup Revitalisation Strategy

About the revitalisation strategy

The Coolbellup Revitalisation Strategy was adopted by Council in 2014 and builds upon the outcomes of the earlier State Government led Enquiry by Design project.  Key aims included:

• Identifying areas appropriate for increased residential densities and strategies to encourage greater housing choice.
• Identifying infrastructure and public realm improvements to support growth, including streetscape improvement, traffic improvements and park upgrades.

Residential codings were changed in 2015 and the City has continued to undertake public realm improvements throughout the area in accordance with the Strategy.
