Cat Sterilisation Subsidy

The City of Cockburn offers a $50 subsidy towards the cost of cat sterilisation. This applies to owners of microchipped and registered cats only. 

 To be eligible for the subsidy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your cat must be sterilised, microchipped and registered if over six months old
  • Be a resident of the City of Cockburn
  • Have paid the full cost of the sterilisation
  • Your cat must have been sterilised less than 12 months before your application for a subsidy.

How to apply for a cat sterilisation subsidy

Fill out the online Cat Sterilisation Subsidy Form located by clicking the orange button below (remember to attach copies of relevant documents). This form must be completed within 12 months of sterilisation to claim the subsidy.

Please note that applications may take up to eight weeks to process.
